Colin, our Managing Director, has been the driving force behind WTL for over three decades. For the past 20 years, he’s led the company with a clear vision, growing it into a trusted, multi-million-pound IT infrastructure and managed services provider, supporting some of the UK’s biggest blue-chip companies.
Passionate about teamwork and personal development, Colin has built a strong, dedicated team that delivers exceptional IT solutions to businesses like yours. His leadership ensures that WTL remains at the forefront of the industry, providing reliable, high-performance IT services that help businesses thrive.
Outside of work, Colin enjoys long walks with the family’s beloved dog, Wilma, and hitting the open road on his motorbike. And if you ever challenge him to a game of table tennis—beware! Behind his friendly demeanour is a fierce competitor at the table.

Andy, our Technical Director, has been at the heart of WTL for over 35 years. With an insatiable curiosity for all things technical, he leads our expert team of Technical Consultants, ensuring your IT solutions are in the best possible hands.
Recognised as one of the most respected and trusted names in the Solaris/Linux marketplace, Andy’s track record speaks for itself— well over 35 years and not a single project failure. Beyond the tech world, Andy is just as dedicated. A true family man and passionate triathlete, he’s often found swimming a mile before breakfast or cycling 40 miles in the evening—perhaps as an excuse to dodge housework!

Originally from the picturesque Forest of Dean, Nick is a dedicated family man and sports enthusiast. When he’s not working, you’ll find him coaching his son in the garden or at the park, hoping to raise the next Ronaldo or Messi (and maybe secure himself a luxurious retirement in the process!).
